Individual Parent Coaching Sessions
12 week coaching package includes weekly 1 hour coaching sessions via zoom, a workbook with weekly sessions on nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, attachment science, boundaries, healthy aggression and so much more. Includes unlimited parenting support via email answered within 24 hours.

Group Sessions
Intimate 12 week parenting groups where we will cover topics discussed in the in individual coaching sessions. (Please contact me for an updated list of upcoming groups).
